1 tsp Cinnamon, ground 1 cup Banana mashed 1tsp Baking Powder1/3 tsp Baking Soda 3/4 cup Flour, white 4 tbsp Smart Balance stick butter 3 Grade A Extra Large eggs 1/4 cup Whole Wheat Flour 1/2 tsp Kosher Salt Canola Oil Non-stick Spray 1- 1/2 tsp Sun Crystal sweetener1/4 cup Almonds sliced1 tsp Vanilla Extract Zest of 1/2 an orange1/4 tsp Nutmeg, ground 1/4 cup rolled oats (for topping)
preheat oven to 375. Spray nonstick spray in a standard 9" loaf pan. In a large bowl whisk flour, sugar, baking soda, baking powder, salt and nuts. In a second bowl, whisk eggs, bananas, and butter. Fold slowly into dry ingredients. Pour entire batter into pan and top with rolled oats. Bake for 50 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Remove from oven and cool on a wire rack.
