Egg Salad

Ingredients
Hard boiled eggs, mayonnaise, salt, dill pickle relish
Directions
Place 5 eggs in a pot of water. Place over high heat. When the eggs come to a boil, time them for 10 minutes. Remove from the heat. Run under cold water to cool the eggs. Once cool, peel the eggs. Cut into small pieces. Add the dill pickle relish, salt and pepper to taste, and mayonnaise. Mix to combine.
