Hallelujah Acres Blended Salad

Ingredients
1 medium tomatoe2 cups leaf lettuce, spinach, or other greens1/4 cucumber, peeled1/2 ripe avocado, peeled1/4 cup broccoli florets1/4 tsp. Celtic Sa Salt * optional1/4 cup cauliflower florets1/2 tsp. herb seasonings1 stalk celery
Directions
Blend tomatoe, avocado, cucumber, and seasonings to make a dressing. If too dry add distilled water to reach dressing consistency.

Toss remaining ingredients in a bowl, and serve with above dressing.
