Stuffed Bell Pepper Soup

Ingredients
2 chopped green bell peppers1 chopped red bell pepper1 chopped onion1/2 carrot chopped1 tsp. olive oil2 cloves garlic1 tsp oreganosalt & pepper to taste1 cup cooked brown rice1 15 oz. can diced fire roasted tomatoes1 lb. ground turkey1 box chicken broth
Directions
Sautee veggies, garlic and herbs in oil til soft.
Cook turkey--make sure you brake up the turkey into pieces.
Add turkey to veggies. Reduce heat and simmer for about 45 minutes.
