Orange Chicken

Ingredients
4 boneless, skinless Chicken BreastBrown Sugar 2 TBSSoy Sauce, 2 TBSFrozen Concentrate Orange Juice 3 TBSGarlic, 2 tspGinger Root, 1 tsp1 tsp cornstarch1/3 c orange juice2 cups baby carrots1 red pepper chopped1/2 cup pineapples
Directions
mix all but cornstarch and OJ. Cook in slow cooker.

mix cornstarch and OJ and about 1 cup water.

Strain liquid. cook liquid with slurry in large skillet until slightly thickened. Add chicken and veggies.
