Ingredients
1 cup mushrooms1 cp chopped onions and broccoli5 eggs1/3 cup milk(i used 1%)1 cup sharp cheesei pie shell
Directions
makes 6(145gram)/357 cal or 8/268 cal pieces preheat oven to 375 pace veggies in skillet with pam cook until tender.set aside beat eggs dressing and milk in medium bowl until blended stir in micture and cheese.pour into pie shell. then bake on cookie sheet 40-45 min or until center is set and quiche is golden brown. let stand 10 min before cutting.
