*3 Greek Gods NonFat Plain Yogurt, 1 cup*Potato, raw, 4 large (3" to 4-1/4" dia.)Butter, salted, 4 tbsp Chicken Broth, 3/4 cup
Peel and cube 4 potatoes. Boils potato cubes until tender, about 20 minutes. Drain water after boiling and place in mixer for mashing. Add butter then greek yogurt the chicken broth until you get the consistency you wish.
