Chicken Marbella

Ingredients
1 Tbsp chopped garlic1Tbsp oreganopinch of saltpinch of pepper1/2 c. red wine vinegar1/2 c. olive oil1 c. pitted prunes1/2 c. spanish olives1/2 c. capers w/ a little juice6 bay leaves4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts1 Tbsp brown sugar1 c. white wine
Directions
Combine first 10 ingredients in a ziplock bag. Add chicken breasts and marinate over night.

Put contents of bag into a baking dish. Sprinkle brown sugar over chicken, and add wine.

Bake at 350 for 40 mins to 1 hour until chicken is done. 4 servings.

Serve chicken over rice or with potatoes, with the "wine sauce" on the side (remember to remove bay leaves.) Yum.
