Baked Chicken w/ Onion, Garlic, and Mushroom

6 Chicken Drumsticks (about 2lbs)1/2 medium onion chopped1/4 cup mushrooms chopped1/2 tsp garlic chopped1 1/2 tsp canola oil1 tbsp olive oil3 second spray of butter flavor cooking spray1 bouillon cube1/2 cup water
Add 2 tbsp of olive oil to a frying pan that is oven safe and coat the pan with the butter flavor cooking spray. Heat the pan to medium-high. While pan is heating, season chicken with salt, pepper, and seasonings to taste (I used Nature's Seasons from McCormick, salt, and pepper). Once chicken is seasoned and pan is hot, layer chicken in pan to brown the skin on all sides. While chicken is browning chop onion, mushroom, and garlic and saute' them in a separate pan with the rest of the oil. Combine one bouillon cube with 1/2 cup of water and dissolve. When chicken is browned on all sides, spoon the onion/mushroom mixture over the chicken, add the chicken broth, cover and put into a 350 degree oven for 30-40 minutes.
