Hot Fudge Sauce

Ingredients
2 cups sugar4 heaping T. cocoa powder2 sticks butter1 large can evaporated milk1 heaping T cornstarch1 tsp. vanilla
Directions
Mix the sugar, cocoa and cornstarch. I sift mine to get any lumps out of the cocoa. Combine the dry ingredients in a heavy saucepan; add the butter and evaporated milk. Once the mixture starts bubbling, reduce the heat a tiny bit and cook for 5 minutes. Remove from heat; add vanilla. Mix thoroughly. Store in fridge--will keep for several weeks.
