Salami and Goat cheese quiche

Ingredients
1 Frozen pie crust2 large eggs1 C milk8 slices hard salami3 oz crumbled goat cheese6 fresh sage leaves
Directions
Mix eggs and milk together. Cut Salami into small pieces. Julian 6 fresh sage leaves. Place salami, sage, and crumbled goat cheese into the pie shell. Pour over egg and milk mixture. Bake at 350 F for about 45 min, or until the center jiggles like jello.

Serving Size: about 1/6 slice of the pie.
