Easy Italian Meatloaf

Ingredients
1lb lean ground beef1egg1/2 tspn salt1/2 tspn pepper1 tblspns garlic powder(if you like garlic add a little more)1tblspns oregano1 tblespn parsley12 saltine crackers (if it dousnt hold together use more. also you can use unsalted or oyster crackers to lower the sodium)2 cups tomatoe sauce1 cup parmesan cheese
Directions
first off spray a metal cake pan (need the raised sides) with cooking spay so it wont stick. next crush the crackers. mix in all ingradiants except cheese and tomatoe sauce. part in half and place both in the cake pan. cook for about 10 minutes then pour sauce on top and sprinkle with cheese.
