Ingredients
Directions
broccoli slaw, edamame,shredded cabbage,carrots,celery,sweet peppers,cilantro,shallots,mushroom.
Place the broccoli slaw, cabbage, edamame and tomatoes into a large bowl. Chop and cook mushrooms and add to bowl. You can add them raw if you prefer. Chop all other ingredients and and add to bowl. Mix well.
Season with your favorite dressing and eat. (I add a touch of vinegar and oil or a bit of Bragg's liquid amino or even just a little lemon juice.)
