1 cup Bob's Red Mill GF All Purpose Baking Four1 cup Bob's Red Mill Stone Ground White Rice Flour1 cup GF Bisquick1 1/2 cup Silk3/4 cup Egg Beaters1/4 cup canola oil1 teaspoon cider vinegar1 teaspoon salt2 tablespoons sugar1 tablespoon xanthan gum1 tablespoon dry yeast
In a bowl, mix all the dry ingredients including the yeast.
Measure all the wet ingredients in a large cup measure or bowl. Stir wet ingredients well until completely blended. In my machine I pour the wet ingredients into the pan, then pour the dry ingredients on top of the wet. I use the gluten free setting with medium crust for a 2 pound loaf.
