Slimming Soup with chicken

Ingredients
1 3/4 lbs chicken breast - skinned and deboned1 large onion, chopped1 large yellow squash, chopped1 large red, green or yellow bell pepper, chopped1 large zuchini, chopped12 baby carrots, chopped8 oz fresh sliced mushrooms1 can of black beans, rinsed and drained (15 oz)1 can diced tomatoes (14 oz)1 TBSP Cumin2 garlic cloves, crushed1 cup elbow pasta (uncooked)salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Add water, garlic, cumin, salt and pepper, and babyt carrots to a large stock pot. Add the whole chicken breasts and bring to a boil. Once the chicken is done remove the chicken from the pot, but do not discard the water. To the water add the chopped onion, yellow squash, zuchini, mushrooms, black beans and tomatoes. Let it simmer while you cut up the chicken breasts. Add the chopped chicken back to the pot and let the soup simmer for an hour.
