Banana-Berry Oatmeal

Ingredients
1/2 cup nonfat milk1/2 small banana, chopped2-3 strawberries, chopped1/4 cup quick-cooking oats1 tablespoon toasted wheat germ1/2 tablespoon honey
Directions
1. In a small pan, heat milk until simmering.
2. Add banana and berries, stir, then add oatmeal and wheat germ.
3. Simmer for 1-2 minutes, stirring occasionally, until milk is absorbed.
4. Let stand 2 minutes.
5. Sweeten with honey.
