Skinny Taste Turkey Burgers

1.5 lbs ground turkey (lean)1 onion3 garlic cloves1 Zucchini1/2 cup bread seasoned bread crumbs (whole wheat if possible)
Using a hand grater, grate the onion, garlic and zucchini and mix with turkey. Add bread crumbs. Mix well. Shape into 8 patties.
Spray Skillet with Non stick cooking spray at high heat. Place burgers in skillet and turn down heat to low. Cook until well done and juices run clear. Flip frequently to avoid burning.
