4 Chicken Breasts, Boneless/ Skinless2 Cans Campbells Cream of Chicken Soup (98% Fat Free)1 Cup Skim Milk1/2 Cup Mayonaise (Fat Free)3/4 Cup Cheddar Cheese (Reduced Fat) Grated1 tsp Lemon Juice3/4 Cup Bread Crumbs (Italian Seasoned)
In a skillet cover chicken with water. Bring to a boil, lower heat to medium, cook until chicken is no longer pink inside. Let cool for about 10 minutes. shread chicken with two forks. Spread chicken in a glass 9x15 caserole dish prepared w/Pam. Cook broccli crisp tender, drain and spread over chicken. In a large mixing bowl mix together soup, milk, mayonaise, cheese and lemon juice.
Bake for 15 min. @ 350° Sprinkle Bread Crumbs over the top. Cook another 15 minutes @ 350°
