Ground Turkey Mini Muffins

1 pkg. Ground Turkey (93%)1 egg3/4 c. oats 1/2 c. ketchup3tbs. Dijon mustard1c. finely chopped green bell pepper1/2 c. finely chopped onion3tsp. garlic powdersalt pepperMini Muffin pan (holds 24 mini muffins/cupcakes)
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Mix egg, oats, ketchup, mustard, bell pepper, onion, garlic powder, salt and pepper until blended together. Add ground turkey and mix all together with fork.
use Pam no stick cooking spray and spray each muffin cup ( I used the mini muffin tin that holds 24- only used 18 though)
Spoon turkey mixture into the cups (Almost like making a meatball)
Bake for 25-30 minutes or when cooked all the way through.
