Ingredients
2 cups sugar16oz Karo Light Corn Syrup1 stick of butter + butter for greasing16 floz of heavy whipping cream1 tsp vanilla
Directions
Grease 9 x 13" pan with butter. Boil Sugar and Corn Syrup stirring occaisonally to 245F. Add butter and cream gradually without letting stop boiling. Stir constantly and bring temperature up to 242F as rapid as possible. Turn off heat stir in vanilla. Pour into greased 9"x13" pan. Cool. Cut into 1" pieces, wrap in wax paper.

Serving Size: makes approximately 117 1" pieces using a 9x13 pan.
