Mushrooms, canned, 1 cup (remove) Celery, raw, 1 cup, diced (remove) Scallions, raw, 1 cup, chopped (remove) Cilantro, raw, 1 tbsp (remove) Carrots, raw, 1 cup, strips or slices (remove) *Peppers, sweet, red, fresh, 1 cup, chopped (remove) Sweet Corn, Fresh, 1 cup (remove) baby corn(canned in asian section), 1 serving (remove) straw mushrooms(canned in asian section), 1 serving (remove) sprouts (canned in asian section), 1 serving (remove) Chicken Broth, 1 cup (8 fl oz) (remove) Chili oil (can find in asian section), as spicy as you want to make it Broccoli, fresh, 1 cup, chopped (remove)
Directions
throw all in crockpot and cook until desired...if you like crunchy dont cook as long.
