Tuscan Minestrone Soup

Olive Oil, 1 tbsp (remove) Zucchini, 1 cup, sliced (remove) *Summer Squash, 1 cup, sliced (remove) Carrots, raw, 1 large (7-1/4" to 8-1/2" long) (remove) Onions, raw, .75 cup, chopped (remove) Garlic, 2 clove (remove) Chicken Broth, 4 cup (8 fl oz) (remove) *Del Monte Petite Cut Diced Tomatoes, 2 cup (remove) Beans, white, 2 cup (remove) *Barilla Elbow Macaroni, 4 oz (remove)1 tsp italian seasoning
heat oil add zucchini,squash,carrot,onion,garlic and Italian seasoning. Cook stirring frequently until vegies start to soften,about 10 minutes. Stir in broth and tomatoes cover and bring to boil. Add beans and pasta cook uncovered at low boil till pasta is done. Approx 10 minutes.
Can be served with parmesan cheese.
