Chicken breast with garlic spinach and creamed tomato sauce

Ingredients
2 lbs chicken breast, cubed2 cups baby spinach, chopped rough1 tablespoon minced garlic1 tablespoon margarine10 cherry tomatos, halvedSauce:1/2 cup milk1 tablespoon minced garlic20 cherry tomatos1 tablespoon butter
Directions
Brown the chicken breast add spinach and tomatos along with garlic and margarine. Simmer until spinach just wilts.

In a saucepan, add sauce ingredients and boil until reduced to half its original volume. Pour in blender and blend until smooth.
