Ingredients
1 lb Ground Beef1 Onion,Chopped1/2 c no salt added Catsup2 T Brown Sugar1/2 t Garlic Powder2 T Prepared Mustard3 T Vinegar1 T Worcestershire1 t Chili Powder
Directions
In a medium pan, brown beef, celery and onion. Drain. Stir in remaining ingredients. Bring to boil then simmer for 20 minutes.

    They forgot to list the celery in the ingredients.... but this turned out tasty. I used fresh tomatoes from the garden instead of ketchup. Yummy stuff. - 7/29/15

    I love this! I just made it for dinner and I wouldn't change a thing. Luckily, I had some extra celery in the fridge. Since it wasn't in the ingredient list, I hadn't put it on my shopping list. Otherwise, I'm sure it'd be good without it. Thank you for sharing! - 1/24/13
