Ingredients
Preheat oven to 350*Add 1/2 tsp salt, pepper, garlic and cumin to the skillet as you brown ground turkey with an onion. Drain fat or drippings-In a medium sized bowl mix 1/2 c flax meal1sp baking powder1tsp saltthen add 1 cup egg beaters 1 cup unsweetened original almond milk1/4 tsp cuminmix thoroughly and set aside.When beef/ turkey mixture is finished being browned,spread into a 9 x 13 baking dish. Pour a 16 oz can of La Victoria Green Chili Enchilada sauce over the meat mixture.Grate 3 oz of Monterey Jack cheese over the meat.Pour flax mixture evenly over the meat and cheese mixture. Bake for about 45 minutes or until done.
