Ingredients
Blue Dragon Hoisin and Garlic Sauce, 4 serving (remove) Boneless/Skinless Chicken Fillets, 3 serving (remove) Mixed Stir-fry Vegetables, 350 gram(s) (remove) Yellow Bell Pepper, 1 serving equals 1.8 oz or about 10 strips, 1 serving (remove) Mushrooms, fresh, 1 cup, pieces or slices (remove) Olive Oil, 2 tbsp (remove) *(Veg) Courgette, 200 gram (remove)
Directions
Marinate chicken in half the sauce. Heat 1 tbsp oil in pan or wok. Stir-fry veggies. Remove from pan. Heat 1 tbsp oil, stir in chicken and sauce. Brown and stir in sauteed veggies. Add additional sauce to taste. Serve over boiled rice or rice noodles.
