Simone's Chocolate Mousse

12 oz chocolate chips3 tbsp sugar1/4 lb butter1 pint whipping cream1/4 c. milk 4 eggs
Slowly melt chocolate, sugar and butter in double boiler. Set aside to cool. Seperate eggs, saving yolks. Whip egg whites to stiff peaks. Add yolks to cooled chocolate mixture. Fold in egg whites. Whip cream - not stiff- and fold into chocolate/egg mixture. Chill three hours. Add in milk and stir. Flavouring can be added at this point - coffee, rum, brandy, peppermint liquor, etc. Serve topped w/ more whipped cream.
