I took roasted cauliflower to a pot luck--my date said, "really?! Cauliflower?! REALLY?!" It disappeared. Different people turned to me and said, "Be sure and grab some of that cauliflower before it's gone. I hate the stuff, but that was GREAT!" My date was amazed. Try some of the Mr/Mrs Dashes - 1/29/13

I use garlic instead of salt and only a tablespoon of olive oil per head of cauliflower. Toss well in a gallon bag so I don't have to clean another bowl. One of my favorite snack foods. - 11/24/13

I loooooove roasted/baked cauliflower! You can't go wrong with simple olive oil & salt/pepper. If you want to mix things up, try adding a little bit of garlic, Parmesan cheese, a Mediterranean seasoning, or use coconut oil! I've tried a lot of different spices & seasoning... most go really well! - 1/30/13

I was wondering what dipping sauce as well. Any suggestions?? I will probably put Tony Chacheries on this -- it's Cajun Seasonings and we use it on everything!! - 1/29/13

Works well on the BBQ in a foil pan and cooks much faster. The first time I have eaten cooked cauliflower that wasn't mushy - 4/19/15

I had blanched and frozen some cauliflower. When I defrosted it, it was cooked just right so I I baked it in the oven for awhile to dry up some of the liquid before I added spice to it. I have high blood pressure so I did not use any salt, just garlic, oregano, and other spices. It was delicious! - 1/30/18
