Ham and Cheese Frittata

Ingredients
6 small potatoes diced1 medium onion diced2 cups ham diced1 tbsp butter6 large eggs beaten.25 cup milk1 oz. cheddar cheese grated
Directions
Place potato, ham and onion in frying pan with butter. Cook until potato it tender. (You may want to parboil the potatoes.) Whip eggs with milk and cheese, and pour over top. continue to cook on med - high heat until egg is cooked. Serve immediately.
