Russet potatoesSkim milkSmart BalanceWater Lemon pepperSaltShredded cheddar Flour
Cut and cube potatoes, put into pot with lemon pepper at high heat. Bring to a boil, move to medium heat for 15 minutes until potatoes are tender, stir in milk, flour, melted Smart Balance and salt. Keep on medium heat until bubbling and thick. Remove from heat and stir in cheese! Add more spices to taste!
