Pork Curry

Ingredients
1 lb. ground pork1 Tbs. olive oil5 oz. baby spinach1 TBS curry powder7 oz. coconut milk
Directions
Brown pork in olive oil in a large skillet. When pork is almost brown, add curry powder. Add spinach and coconut milk and cook until spinach is wilted.
