Crock-pot Pulled Pork

Ingredients
Directions
1/2 cup ketchup1/3 cup worcestershire1/3 cup cider vinegar1 tbsp ground mustard1 tbsp garlic powder1/2 tsp paprika1/4 cup brown sugar1/2 tsp liquid smokedash red pepper flakessalt & pepper (pinch)1 med. sweet onion, chopped3 pounds pork shoulder, trimmed of fat
Combine all ingredients except for onion and pork in crock pot. Whisk until well blended.
Place pork and onions into mixture, coating both sides of the meat.
Cook for 8 to 10 hours on low
After meat is cooked, remove from slow cooker onto plate and break apart with fork. If meat has bones, discard.
Place meat back into warm sauce to reheat
Serve on hamburger buns or kaiser rolls.
