Bannock Biscuit

Ingredients
1/2 cup Whole Wheat Flour1/4 cup Buttermilk (low-fat)1 tsp Baking SodaDash of Salt1 tsp vanilla
Directions
Mix together the dry ingredients. Add the buttermilk and vanilla and stir until the dough forms a ball. Place dough into heated skillet over medium heat and flatten into a round. Cook until golden brown and then flip as you would a pancake.
