Black Bean Salsa Chicken Soup

2 cans black beans drained and rinsed4 cups chicken broth16oz prepared salsa1 1/2 tsp cumin1 cup canned mushrooms1 lb frozen chicken breasts (skinless/boneless)1 cup frozen corn kernals1/2 cup sour cream
Throw all the ingredients (except the sour cream) into your slow cooker and set on low for 5-6 hours.
Remove 1/3 to 1/2 of soup and blend until smooth (with a blender or immersion blender). Add back to soup and add sour cream. Stir until blended.
Serve with shredded cheese, tortilla chips or avocado slices if desired. (But not needed!)
