Chinese Salad

Ingredients
1 Head Napa Cabbage1 Bunch Green Onions + Tops1 Can Sliced Water chestnuts1pkg Oriental Ramen Noodles1/2 c Slivered Almonds1/2 c olive oil1/4 c Balsamic Vinegar3 T SplendaRamen Noodle Seasoning Packet
Directions
Shred or chop cabbage, onions and water chestnuts in a large bowl.
Meanwhile, in a dry skillet - medium temp., toast almonds and crumbled ramen noodles - careful they will brown quickly!
Dressing: Combine oil, vinegar, splenda and seasoning packet and shake (I sometimes add a little water if too thick)
Combine cabbage mix with toasted almonds mix and then pour on dressing and toss salad. Garnich with green onion tops.
