chickpea blondies

1 can garbanzo beans1/2 c applesauce1 egg1 egg white1 Tbs peanut butter1 Tbs honey 1/4 c flour (or 1/2c oats)1 tsp baking powder1 tsp vanill1/4 c chocolate chipsspices of choice
1. puree chickpeas, applesauce to very smooth
2. add in PB, honey, egg, egg white and vanilla until smooth as well
3. mic flour, baking powder and any spices desired (cinnamon, nutmeg, pumpkin pie spice, salt, etc)
4. pour into 9 X13 or 8X8 pan depending on desired thickness
5. bake at 350 for 15-20 mins testing consistency
6. let cool out of oven
7. Enjoy!
