Thai Style Pan Seared Sea Scallops

Ingredients
3/4 Lb Sea Scallops (6 Large)black pepper1/4 Cup Low Sodium Soy Sauce1/2 t Corn Starch1/8 t Red Pepper Flakes2 cloves Garlic minces1/2 t Sugar1T Olive Oil1 1/2 t Rice Vinegar1/2 t Sesame Oil
Directions
In a small bowl whisk together the Soy Sauce, corn starch, red pepper flakes, garlic, sugar, rice vinegar, and sesame oil.
Use Non-stick fry pan, Heat Olive oil in pan on Medium High, add the sea scallops and sprinkle black pepper on top, cook until golden brown on bottom, about two minutes, turn over with a spatula and cook for about two minutes more. Pour Sauce over scallops and simmer for about another two minutes until sauce is thickened and scallops are cooked through.
