No Sugar Added Pancakes

Ingredients
3 - cups milk3 - tbsp lemon juice3 - eggs3 - tsp baking powder1 1/2 - tsp baking soda1/2 - tsp salt1/4 - cup canola oil3 - cups flour
Directions
Mix first seven ingredients in a large bowl one at a time, mixing in between each ingredent. Mix until incorporated. Mix in 1/2 cup flour at a time, mixing in between each half cup. (this just makes the batter really smooth.) Once all mixed together, take pan, or skillet and spray lightly with cooking spary. (You only have to spray the pan this once!) Heat pan to about medium. Pour 1/3 cup into pan. Once bubbles start to pop on batter, you're free to filp, or until golden brown. Enjoy!

Serving Size: Makes 20-24 6inch pancakes. I usually make them in a small frying pan so they come out the same size everytime.
