Captian Crunch Baked Chicken Nuggets

Ingredients
1 Boneless skinless Chicken Breast-cut into 12 nuggets1 cup Capt Crunch Cereral-crushed1 egg3 Tablespoons Flour (seperated)
Directions
Preheat oven at 400 degrees. Plate separately crushed Capt Crunch Cereral with 1 Tablespoon flour,egg with a splash of water, and 2 tablespoons of Flour. Cut Chicken into nugget sizes.

Dip chicken into flour, then egg mix, and roll in cereral/flour mix. Place on a non stick foil lined baking sheet. Bake 10-15 min.
