1. Cook meat with onions, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and garlic clove in skillet until brown. Remove and Drain when done and set aside.
2. In same skillet add 2 cups water and add potatoes cook for 3-4 minutes on medium heat.
3. Return ground meat to skillet and add canned veggies and tomatoes sauce.
4. Cover and cook until potatoes are tender.
For those NOT on a diet can enjoy with a warm piece of corn bread.
