Ingredients
I sml Microwaved Potato.95g tin of Tuna Baby Carrot Grated. 5 thin slices of Cucumber 1 Sliced Gherkin.5 leaves of baby Romaine or Cos Lettuce.I thinly sliced round of Red Capsicum1 thinly sliced roound of Green Capsicum
Directions
Microwave potato for 2 mins each side then split.
Place split potato in the middle of plate.
Decorate your small seving plate with Lettuce, Capsicums, Cucumber Gherkin and Carrot.
Place tuna on potato.
Enjoy
