*Oil, Gallo, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 2 tsp Cabbage, fresh, 2 cup, chopped Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped Carrots, raw, 1 cup, strips or slices Celery, raw, 1 cup, diced *Potato, raw, 2 cup diced Water, tap, 1 cup (8 fl oz) *can of chicken broth, 29 oz *Canellini Beans, 1 cup Parsley, dried, 2 tsp Dill weed, dried, 1 tsp Pepper, black, .5 tsp
Saute cabbage & next 5 ingredients in olive oil over med-high heat 3 minutes. Add water & chicken broth, bring to boil. Cover, reduce heat, and simmer 30 minutes. Add remaining ingredients and heat through.
