16 oz. of Blue Crab Meat1 TBSP Mustard3 TBSP Kraft Miracle Whip Light1/2 Cup Egg Beaters egg whites4 TBSP grated Parmesan Cheese3/4 Cup Vigo Italian Bread Crumbs w/Romano CheeseOnion PowderGarlic PowderAll Purpose Seasoning
Mike all ingredients together in a large mixing bowl. I used about 2 tbsp. of each seasoning ingredient but use them to suit your tastes, it won't affect the nutritional info. I use extra virgin olive oil in a regular sized non-stick skillet. While oil is heating in skillet try to make mixture into 12 patties (this is to keep the nutritional info accurate). When oil is heated, cook patties for about 4 minutes on each side. They should be a dark golden brown on the outside.
