Kielbasa and Cabbage

Ingredients
1 13 oz Hillshire Farms kielbasa2 tbsp oil1/2 cup water4 pkts splenda1/4 tsp red pepper flakes3 tsp minced garlic3 tsp caraway seed2 heads cabbage, cut in thin stripssalt to season
Directions
Cut kielbasa in strips. Brown in a little oil, set aside. Cook one cabbage worth of strips in the oil and sausage drippings with 1 tsp of garlic, half the red pepper flakes, and half the caraway, season with salt. Set aside in bowl when the cabbage is mostly wilted. Cook the other cabbage the same, set aside. Mix the water and splenda in the pan, add the last tsp of garlic. Place the sausage back in the pan, cover with the cabbage, put a lid on, and simmer for 15 minutes.

Serving Size: 6 large servings, approx 1 1/2 cups of cabbage with sausage
