Cheesy Corn Muffins (NO creamed corn)

Ingredients
1 package Jiffy corn muffin mix 1/2 cup nonfat milk 1/2 cup low fat cottage cheese 1 large eggs 1/4 cup packed shredded cheddar cheese (about 2 ounces) 2 tbsp parmesan
Directions
Mix all together with a handblender, let rest for 5 minutes. Bake for 25 minutes at pre-heated 400 degrees.
