Whole Wheat Orange Cinnamon Muffins

2 cups whole wheat flour3/4 cup white sugar2 tablespoons brown sugar1 1/2 tsp cinnamon2 teaspoons baking powder1/2 teaspoon salt1/3 cup coconut oil1/2 cup orange juice1/2 cup whole milk or buttermilk1 teaspoon vanilla extract2 eggsZest of one orange
preheat oven to 350.
Use some coconut oil to grease muffin tins.
Mix dry ingredients thoroughly. Then mix wet ingredients in separate bowl.
Fill tins to 3/4 full and bake for 20 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
Add wet to dry and combine just until all dry ingredients are moistened.
makes: 12 muffins or 24 minis and 2 regular muffins
*if making mini muffins only bake for about 12 minutes
