Slowcooked Spicy Seastew

Ingredients
2 pounds Yukon gold potatoes, chopped1 ½ pounds baby carrots28 oz can crushed tomatoes3 tbsp garlic powder1 tbsp oregano1 tsp onion powder¾ pound sliced mushrooms1 teaspoon turmeric1 teaspoon cayenne pepper¾ teaspoon salt½ tsp crushed red pepper flakes1 ½ cups water1 pound sea scallops½ pound halibut steak, sliced1 pound uncooked medium shrimp, peeled and deveined
Directions
Combine all ingredients but water, scallops, fish and shrimp in crockpot.
Cover and cook on low 5 hours.
Stir in the water, scallops, fish and shrimp.
Cover and cook for 15-20 minutes
