Cranberry Nut Bread

Ingredients
*Flour, white, 2 cup Granulated Sugar, 1 cup *Shortening, Crisco, 2 tbsp Pecans, .5 cup, chopped Egg, fresh,Cranberries, 1 cup, chopped Orange Juice, .5 cup baking powder, 0.5 tsp Salt, 1 tsphot water, 2 tbspbaking soda, 0.5 tsp
Directions
Mix dry ingredients. Stir in cranberries. Melt crisco and add with wet ingredients. Stir until just mixed and turn into greased loaf pan. Bake in 325 degree, pre-heated oven for 75 minutes or until a knife inserted in the center of the loaf comes out clean.
