rhubarb pie

1 9" frozen pie crust4 cups frozen rhubarb1 1/2 cups splenda1/4 cup flour1 large egg1/2 cup egg substitute3 tbsp fat free half n half1 tsp nutmeg
let pie come to room temp.
measure out rhubarb and place in a mixing bowl.
in another mixing bowl combine the egg and egg substitute and half n half. beat together. add splenda and nutmeg. stir again. finally add the flour and stir. pour mixture over rhubarb and stir together. pour into pie crust.
Serving Size: makes 8 slices
