Bethany's Baked Oatmeal

Ingredients
3 cups quick-cooking oats1cup packed brown sugar2 tsp. baking powder1 tsp. salt1 tsp. cinnamon2 eggs 1 cup milk1/2 cup butter, melted
Directions
1) In a large bowl, combine the oats, brown sugar, baking powder, salt, & cinnamon. In a separate bowl, whisk the eggs, milk & butter. Stir into oat mixture.
2) Spoon into greased 9-in. baking pan. Bake at 350* for 40-45 min. Serve warm with milk; can add fruit.
